Fourstrings Policies

(1) Privacy

We value and respect your privacy. The information we gather from you is only to enable us to serve you and communicate with you, and we will never sell or disclose your contact information to third parties.

(2) Shipping

Fourstrings will advise all customers of the status of their order at the time of confirmation and will keep you up to date with the progress of your shipment from that point onwards.

Products are normally shipped by Fourstrings 1-2 business days from the date of order. We ship standard orders Australia-wide via Greyhound Freight and Australia Post. Delivery anywhere in Australia is normally within one week of dispatch, but note that there are no deliveries at weekends.

Shipping time should be calculated with the turn-around time in mind. During the busy holiday seasons, our turn-around time may be 1-4 days. Products that are not in stock are ordered from the supplier and can take up to 3 weeks; we will let you know if such a delay affects your order.

Unfortunately, if you give us the incorrect delivery address, we will not be responsible if your order gets lost or is returned to us. Once the package is returned to us, we will re-ship the items to the correct address, but you will be responsible for the additional freight cost. No refunds will be given on the original shipping charges.Ê

(3) Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will gladly accept returns on most items. You must email us first at info@fourstrings.com.au to authorise your return. If you do not contact us via email before returning goods, we will return the package to you, as an unauthorised return, and will not issue a refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and we will happily refund your purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or send a replacement product. If it is an exchange due to a fault, we will pay for the exchanged items to be shipped back to you.

Items returned must be in their original packaging, if applicable. We do not reimburse shipping and handling fees under any circumstances. Once we receive your package we will either exchange the goods or issue a refund, based on your instructions.

We recommend you obtain tracking confirmation for your returned package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages unless you have a tracking number.
